Terms and Conditions

Payment Terms

£100 deposit (per week or weekend) is due at time of booking and the balance of payment is due 6 weeks before arrival. Our preferred payment method is cheque or bank transfer. We can accept credit card payments via PAYPAL but due to charges we will need to add 5% to the amount.

Cancellation

If you cancel at any time we will readvertise the dates you have cancelled and if we get a booking we will happily refund your money. However if we do not get a booking the following charges will apply : cancellation more than 6 week from arrival – loss of deposit : cancellation within 6 weeks of arrival – loss of entire payment

Pets

We happily accept well behaved pets but you must tell us at the time of booking and there will be an adiitional cleaning charge of £25.

Smoking

The cottage is absolutely 100% a non-smoking cottage.

Arrival / departure

The cottage will be ready from 4pm on your day of arrival and we kindly ask that you leave by 10am on your day of departure and put your key back in the key safe.

What’s included

All gas and electricity charges are included in the tarriff and all bed linen and towels are provided.

On departure

We kindly ask that you leave the cottage in a tidy condition. We will charge for any breakages at replacement cost and we will provide a receipt as proof of cost
